RESEARCH AGENDA

There are 3 main ideas we plan to tackle in Phase III. These ideas have arisen from the progress made in Phases I, and II of the Uncertainty project and represent what we feel are key, first order problems whose solution will have a significant impact in our ability to characterize uncertainty in production forecasting.

The 3 main problems that we see are:

1. How to handle the largest uncertainties?
2. How to characterise realistic geology?
3. How to get more history matched models & improve forecasts?
